Voice Broadcasting
There are several companies that sell a
service where you buy a data list of prospects, upload them to
their website, record a short phone script message about your
opportunity and they then dial hundreds or thousands of numbers
and leave the message on the voice mails of those that answer.
Costs range from 2.9 cents to 12 cents per connected call. That
means that you could voice blast 1000 prospects for as little
as $29. This can be done with any type of list from opportunity
seekers to Geneology lists. In today's market this approach
works much better than approaches like mass e mail,
especially in today's market where there are so many spam
filters that it's surprising that anyone's e mail even gets
through to a prospect.
Most of the companies sell just the basic voice broadcast
service, so you have to go buy your lists from a list company
and then you upload your list and they broadcast it to as many
thousands of phone numbers as you want to pay for.
I have used this approach in the mortgage business over the last
3 years and it does work and the best part is you have
interested prospects calling you. I have a friend in another
network company that is using this and his response ratios are
anywhere from about .25% to 2.5% so that means a blast of 1000
that costs $29 would net you about 3 to 25 interested prospects
and of course if you have a good list the response ratios can be
much higher.

This is the system I use and recomend and has a $300 purchase fee
and has a $29.98/mo admin fee and a $50 setup fee for a
total of $79.98 that must be paid up front. ibuzzpro also allows you to purchase mlm leads directly if you don't want to bother with the lead scraping software. Cost is $99 for
10,000 leads
Guidelines for Voice Broadcasting
- Target MLM prospects by using
Genealogy Lists or Small business owner lists for your
broadcasts
- Use Reverse marketing active MLM
lists from http://www.ibuzzleads.com/ Even
these are more expensive they are all active MLM people
so your response ratios will be much higher. These
are the ones I recomend.
- Use Lead Scraping Software to harvest your own MLM leads for free. I have tried
this software and it works great. You can capture
Network Marketing leads or small business owner leads.
The software comes with iBuzzPro but If you purchase it
seperately it costs about $99 but after that your leads
are free.
- Lead
Extractor Software bonus
- Transfer voice mail boxes: This
is the voice mail box that will have the longer version
of your sales presentation on it. There are 2 options
here:
- k7 Voice Mail: You can get a free voice mail
boxe from
the following company www.K7.net but
you will have to use it at least once a month or
they delete your account. Also you must record you
message directly over the phone for this service you
cannot upload a message. (Since this is a free
service they may not have any voice mail boxes
available when you go to sign up. If not just use
the system below).
- Connect Me Voice: This is a paid
service that I have used before. Its cheap and
flexable. $9.95/ month for basic service, which is
all you need. With this service you can record your
message directly or you can also upload a pre
recorded message. They offer both local and 800
number service and I use the local. Keep in mind
when choosing your area code for the local number
you can choose one anywhere in the country. Also
keep in mind you want to choose one in a state where
there are not many people since whatever state you
phone number is in, you will not be able to voice
broadcast to leads in that state. This has to do
with Intra-State phone rates being much higher than
inter-state rates so ibuzz will not let you
broadcast to the same area code or state your phone
ID is located in. You can get around this by
selecting a 800 number service with Connect me or
just pick a phone exchange in a limited population
state. For example I choose Wyoming for my phone
number.

- Sales Process:
- Call prospects back within 30 to 60
minutes.
- Build rapport
- Ask Questions: Ask how long they have
been with their current company and how its going. Then
ask if they have been in other MLM companies and what
their business background is. This will give you a some
ides of their background so you can custom tailor your
presentation.
- Give them an overview on the business
opportunity you are marketing and send them to your
website for a presentation
- Follow up on the good prospects and let
the autoresponder campaigns take care of everyone else.
Notes
Maximizing back prospects (optional): To
maximize prospects some reps will call back every phone
number that shows up in their voice mail list as having
listened to the message even if they do not leave their name
and number. You can also take this one step further by
generating a report of all the phone numbers that hit the
"Press 1" button and and calling them back
also. You can get this list of numbers
but running a report in your ibuzz software after the
broadcast and then clicking on the link next to the number
that shows you the number of transfers. This will open up an
excel document with all the phone numbers of everyone who
pushed the transfer button.

Voice Broadcast Pre-Recorded Live Answer
Messages
Its generally better to use your own voice to
recored the messages howerver if you want to use some that are
alreay done here are some pre recorded messages I have done that
you can use. These messages are only good for the "live
answer" voice broadcast messages. You will have to record
your voice mail phone number in the Answering machine messages
so you will have to record those yourself.

your computer )

Screening message
This is the message your prospects will hear
after they press one or when they call your 5 min voice mail
recording. It is intended to give them more information and
screen they for you. I have created a pre-recorded one in my
voice you can use if you want. Just download the wav file and
then upload it into your Voice mail service provider. Keep in
mind you cannot upload messages into a K7 Free system but you
can upload messages into a Connect Me Voice mail system.

Alternate Voice Broadcast Approach (new)
This is a new approach that is being used by
some reps with great success. Rod Stinson talked about on one of
his training webinars and I had just had someone Voice Broadcast
this same message to me and you know what? I called it. This
could be a good approach, try it out. I am not sure I like the
voice mail message he has on this script, the one you have from
me I think will work better but you might try both and compare
what works best.

For leads for Voice Broadcasting there are
several options.
Scrape your Own: The cheapest is to use
Scraper Software to generate your own
Buy Them: If you don't want to go
through the trouble of scraping them you can also just buy
them. The only leads you want to buy are ones that have been
commercially scrapped from the internet and represent active
MLM'ers who have websites. If you are using ibuzzPro voice
broadcasting software, you can buy them for $99 for 10,000

Use Business to Business Lists: Think
creatively here, who in this economy is interested in a high
profit opportunity other than MLM people, lets see probably just
about anyone but you can't broadcast to consumer lists only to
business lists. So try these:

Insurance Brokers
Small Business Owners
Many of these lists are available through some
of the voice broadcast systems like ibuzz for free or you can
buy them from list companies.
